That little girl who was full of life with a big smile on her face, lots of energy and tons of dreams?

Remember her?

She was on the gymnastics team, cheerleading team, honor roll, went on a mission for her church in another country, taught gymnastics, traveled, did an internship in New York City, got accepted into the Public Relations program at a big university and kept setting bigger and bigger goals?

Remember her?

That girl who trained and ran a marathon, who never gave up when challenges hit, and had a positive outlook on life no matter what happened.

Then one day this same girl found herself in her dream home in California, married to an incredible guy with three healthy little girls, but her heart was filled with sadness.

She was overwhelmed with the messes, the crying from her little ones, and she felt more alone than ever.

This wasn’t the dream she thought about when she was little, and gradually she lost that spark for life. Gradually, she lost sight of her goals, her dreams, and forgot who she was.

This story is about me.

I struggled more than I ever have for several years. On the outside, my life looked perfect. It looked like I had it all together. I kept a smile on my face and kept going forward.

On the inside, I was falling a part, and it gradually got worse until I hit rock bottom.

I hired a life coach to help me. It took about six months to get back up again, another six months become strong, and another six months to get back to myself fully.

Now, I’m here to help other moms who might feel overwhelmed with life, lost or even like they lost their spark and excitement for life.

I put my best tips together in a video series. These tips helped me so much. I want to share them with you. Go here to get access to the videos —> Yes! I want to watch the videos

I’m excited to hear your thoughts on the videos.

All the best,
