I failed…

I stepped on the scale this morning, and it went up since Friday. It was going down all week until the weekend when I ate too many sweets.

Do you beat yourself up when you step on the scale???

STOP DOING THAT! 💕

Seriously, we can look at what we did wrong and feel awful or we can celebrate what we did RIGHT, and feel awesome!

We learn something every time we try. So keep trying and learning as you go. 💕

Let’s talk about the second picture I posted. These pictures were both taken today. 😊

I’d say, “Last week was awesome! I lost 1.1 lbs.! I don’t have much to lose so that’s awesome! I did amazing on my workouts, and really great on my nutrition especially since I had a big family reunion. I also spent a lot of time having fun with my family, which was awesome! 💕

Here’s the same experience viewed two different ways. ❤️

Are you going to celebrate about what you’re doing RIGHT or beat yourself up when you get off track?

I’m celebrating today! How about you?

Shannon Golladay is a former competitive gymnast. She was also a dancer, runner, and a cheerleader who wanted her body back after she had kids. She found herself tired, overweight and wishing she had her body back after her first baby was born. She found a way to not just lose the weight, but also gain energy, and get toned by doing workouts and following simple meal plans at home. In December 2011, she decided to pay it forward and help other former athletes get their bodies back. She loves helping women live life with energy, purpose and drive again!
