Feel the fear and do it anyway! That’s what I was thinking when I tried this handstand on the paddle board tonight here in Florida!

I knew I could do this handstand on the ground so why not try it on a paddle board?

The only thing in my way was fear!

What’s the worst that could happen? I could fall in the lake?

Well, I DID fall in the lake trying!

But, you know what? I’m Ok! And it was awesome trying something that got me out of my comfort zone!

I feel amazing actually!

Somewhere along the way when I became an adult I lost part of my adventurous side and became more fearful and worried to try new things!

I used to be fearless and full of faith!

Yes, I think it’s good to be smart, but why not try new things?

Why not have a little more FAITH instead of fear?
