I’m so excited to congratulate Theresa Shaver from Texas for losing 17 pounds since May! Doesn’t she look amazing?

One of my favorite parts of my job is celebrating my client’s successes! It’s so fun cheering them on!

Theresa been working on getting in shape after having her last baby. She’s been using our new workout that we pre-launched this summer! It officially comes out on October 1!

She’s a busy working mom who doesn’t have much time, but she is taking time to take care of herself to be the best wife and mom!

I’m so proud of her! She’s amazing inside and out! Congratulations Theresa Shaver!

We CAN do this! Yes, we can!

I get it!

The laundry is piled up. The dishes are overflowing. Your toddler is having a melt down. Your older kids need help with homework! You have soccer, dance, cross country.

And on top of that you have a job, and you’re trying to do service in the community!

Whew!!!!

It’s a LOT!

So take a step back and take time to take care of YOU first so you can have energy to take care of everyone and everything in your life!

The laundry, dishes, etc. can wait, but the time to be a happy, energetic mom is NOW!

Don’t put yourself last on the list

Shannon Golladay is a former competitive gymnast. She was also a dancer, runner, and a cheerleader who wanted her body back after she had kids. She found herself tired, overweight and wishing she had her body back after her first baby was born. She found a way to not just lose the weight, but also gain energy, and get toned by doing workouts and following simple meal plans at home. In December 2011, she decided to pay it forward and help other former athletes get their bodies back. She loves helping women live life with energy, purpose and drive again!
