It’s easy to put ourselves last…

I struggled with my weight during and after my pregnancies. As a former gymnast, dancer and cheerleader, this was hard for me! I felt stuck in a body that wasn’t my own. I thought, “Maybe this is how it’s supposed to be because I’m a mom now.”

I saw my cousin’s wife lose 80 lbs. using a workout at home, and I decided to jump “all in!” I lost the weight, and ran a half marathon again!!!

I felt amazing and wanted to pay it forward to every mom who felt stuck just like me! So I’ve been paying it forward every since Dec. 2011. I’m excited to help you feel like your energized self again to accomplish all of those “someday” goals or even the goals you might think you’re “too old” for!

I have worked with hundreds of women (mostly moms) from all over the USA, Canada and the U.K. since December 2011. I’m excited to help you.

I started with my own family, and paid it forward to help other moms put themselves first to live their best life.
